Participation requires a Hunny Prints account and acceptance into the program.

Hunny Prints offers rewards through its Ambassador Bee program. Approved participants can earn rewards for customer referrals and eligible social media activity, including Instagram posts, stories, and TikTok videos featuring the brand. Rewards are managed through the customer's Hunny Prints account and can be redeemed for products.

Signing up for the Hunny Prints newsletter provides access to the advertised first-order discount, exclusive sales, and updates about promotions. It is also a way to receive information about new collections and product releases.

Hunny Prints runs promotional events throughout the year. Previous promotions have included limited-time shopping events, buy-more-save-more offers, and clearance sales on selected banners. Customers can check the official website and subscribe to the newsletter for announcements about upcoming promotions.

According to its shipping policy, ready-to-ship products generally take 2–3 business days to leave the store, excluding the order date. Made-to-order and preorder products may have different processing times, which are provided on the relevant product or collection pages. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping service and destination.

Hunny Prints accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The store does not offer direct exchanges, so customers who want a different item must return the original purchase and place a new order. A return shipping or processing fee may apply under the applicable return terms.

Customers who are not accepted into the Ambassador Bee program can still participate in the Hunny Hive rewards program. Hunny Prints states that eligible purchases and social media activities can earn rewards. Customers can manage and redeem available rewards through their account.
