Dr. Tobias Offers October 3, 2026

A banner across the site announces free shipping in the US. Details such as order minimums or delivery times are not spelled out on the pages reviewed, so the final shipping terms are best confirmed at checkout or on the Terms and Conditions page. Third-party coupon sites describe free shipping as applying to eligible domestic orders, though their descriptions vary.

The homepage invites visitors to sign up for the latest news and offers, and several coupon-tracking sites report that newsletter subscribers receive a first-purchase discount, usually cited as 15%. The official site does not publish the terms of that offer. Anyone interested should check the sign-up form directly for the current benefit, since promotions change over time.

The email list is the brand's main channel for announcements. The sign-up prompt mentions news and offers, and coupon-tracking sites note that subscribers may hear about limited-time promotions. Dr. Tobias also keeps active profiles on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for those who prefer to follow updates there.

The online store sells bundles such as the Cleanse & Reset 30 Day Program, Her Essentials, His Essentials, Longevity, and a Rest & Recover set. Bundles and multi-packs are listed with sale prices marked below the regular price. On Amazon, Dr. Tobias products often carry a Subscribe & Save option, which gives a percentage off recurring deliveries. Those terms are set by Amazon and may differ from the brand's own site.

A formal customer referral program was not found. The website does list an Affiliate Program and a TikTok Affiliate Program in its navigation menu, aimed at creators and publishers who want to promote the brand. Sign-up for the affiliate program runs through the Awin network.

No student discount or points-based loyalty program appeared in the reviewed sources, so none can be confirmed. Shoppers who want to ask about special pricing can reach customer support at support@Dr. Tobias or 877-959-5474.

Seasonal promotions have been observed. An archived email reported by a coupon site announced a Black Friday sale in November 2025, and product pages on the main store show sale prices at various times. Specific discount levels change from one campaign to the next, so the live site is the best place to check what is running now.

The store's return policy allows items to be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Returns are started by emailing support@Dr. Tobias. Some orders placed through Buy with Prime follow Amazon's return process instead.

Support is available by email at support@Dr. Tobias or by phone at 877-959-5474. The site also links to a support center with FAQs and a contact page for general inquiries.
